The individual accepting this Agreement acknowledges that by joining Crafter’s Online Marketing you as vendor agree operate an online store as set out in this Agreement.

In order to become approved by Crafter’s Online Market, the Vendor shall provide Crafters Online Market with accurate and current information and shall be generally knowledgeable about the Service, its interface, and functionality, and must be reasonably capable of delivering Crafter’s Online Market value proposition.

The requirements regarding compliance, technology, values, review and testing processes, and standards will be made available to the Vendor after membership has been activated.

Prior to being listed on the Crafter’s Online Market, the Vendor must join and complete the online application form . The Vendor also has to submit their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for review as each of the store owners will operate on their own terms.

The Vendor is solely responsible for availability, quality, delivery and after sales services.

The Vendor is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content or information that Vendor submits to, or makes available through the Crafter’s Online Market.

The Vendor must maintain appropriate administrative and technological safeguards and processes, that will reasonably ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the products advertised online, and in accordance with Crafter’s Online Market Terms of Service, Crafter’s Online Market Privacy Policy, and all other operating rules, policies.

Crafter’s Online Market reserves the right to conduct any type of review on any products submitted for listing on the Crafter’s Online Market. Crafters Online Market also reserves the right to change and review any information and or product that is not in accordance with the Crafter’s Online Market’s standard and or terms and conditions.

By submitting any products on Crafters Online Market, the Vendor grants Crafter’s Online Market and its affiliates the right to  work with the products as we see fit to

  • promote, and
  • publicly display.

The Vendor acknowledges that Crafter’s Online Market has no responsibility or liability of any kind for the presentation, misrepresentation, operation, maintenance or security of the products listed on Crafter’s Online Market.

Crafter’s Online Market reserves the right to refuse to list any products that too our knowledge are not suitable for Crafter’s Online Market.

By using the Crafter’s Online Market to list one or more products, the Vendor agrees to:

  1. provide and maintain accurate and current contact information on all his or her store pages, consisting of, but not limited to:
    a) Company name
    b) Contact e-mail
    c) Details for contacting the Vendor’s Customer Support,
  2. provide and maintain an up-to-date Privacy Policy on their webpage, that describes collection, and processing of data obtained from the App,
  3. ensure that the Vendor’s Privacy Policy complies with Crafter’s Online Market Privacy Policy and applicable law,
  4.  ensure that any and all information provided for the listing and on Crafter’s Online Market, accurately describes the product.
  5. ensure that any and all documentation relating to products are accurately reflects its attributes,
  6. ensure continuous adherence to the obligations mentioned in points 1 – 5.

ONLINE STORE

The individual accepting this Agreement acknowledges that the publication one or more products is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The Vendor is solely responsible for the functionality, quality and distribution of each product.

The Vendor is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content or information that Vendor submits to, or makes available through the Marketplace.

The Vendor must maintain appropriate administrative and technological safeguards and processes, that will reasonably ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of all products.

The Vendor warrants, for each submitted product, that they hold all rights necessary to grant Crafter’s Online Market the rights provided in this Agreement.

The Vendor acknowledges that Crafters Online Market has no responsibility or liability of any kind for the development, installation, operation, maintenance or security of any products listed on the Crafters Online Market, nor does Craftres Online Market have responsibility or liability to provide Customer support for Products listed on the Crafters Online Market.
